
SCHELL FARM GARDENS, LLC SHIPPING POLICY
Schell Farm Gardens ships all of our fresh cut flowers overnight via FedEx. We currently ship to regional destinations in the Midwest-- throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and northern Illinois. To ensure quality, we only ship specific varieties of flowers, those which can handle some time out of water. Most of our flowers ship with a hydrating wrap around the ends of the stems, but not in standing water. A few varieties do better when shipped dry. Flowers may appear dehydrated upon reciept, but when rehydrated properly, will perk up within a few hours.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You will also receive an email notification once your package has been delivered. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address.

We ship Monday through Thursday which means deliveries are typically available Tuesday through Friday.

Please review your shipping address carefully when inputting your order. Incorrect delivery addresses will incur a $30 fee for changes or redirects once the package has been submitted to the carrier and are not guaranteed once a tracking number has been issued. Schell Farm Gardens is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided.

Schell Farm Gardens is not responsible for packages received after the specified delivery date, or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. We package our flowers the best possible way to ensure their safety while in transit, but there are instances when packages are mishandled and damaged by the carrier. In the event your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim for your damaged goods. If the claim is paid by the shipping company, we will issue a credit to your account. Claims take 30-90 days to be evaluated and paid. Schell Farm Gardens is not responsible for reimbursing damaged product not covered by the carrier.​​
