NEW for Winter 2026! This is our very first winter flower subscription, created especially for those of us who crave the joy of flowers year-round. Due to growing limitations, this subscription is simplified to include only one kind of flower-- tulips-- which are forced in our grow space in our basement.
Tulips are known for their great variations, from the classic single tulips, to the doubles resembling peonies, to parrot tulips and fringed types. On top of the different tulip forms, prepare yourself for an array of colors! Swipe through the pictures to view some of the tulip varieties which we will be growing this winter.
This weekly flower subscription option gets you 12 bouquets of fresh tulips. You get one bouquet every week for the months of February, March, and April 2026. You will be notified of the exact schedule as the season approaches.
Choose either pick-up (at Cotton + Birch in Sparta) or local delivery.
These winter tulip bouquets come in one size-- 10 stems, wrapped. All bouquets come wrapped in kraft paper (or floral wrap) and include flower food. The first bouquet will also come with vase life instructions/fresh flower tips. For best results, read and follow the provided instructions.
Whether it's just for you (self-care is key!) or for that "hard-to-buy-for" person-- the one who already has everything-- this flower subscription is sure to be just the thing. It'll be the unique gift they've never gotten before, and the PERFECT way to show them (or yourself!) how much you care.
Sign-ups open August 1st. Thank you for your support of our small family business!
Weekly Winter Tulip Subscription
Flowers can be picked up at Cotton + Birch, 515 W Wisconsin Street in Sparta, WI, during their normal business hours. More details will be forthcoming regarding the specific pick-up schedule.
We offer delivery to the following zip codes: 54656, 54660, 54648, 54651, 54670 (Sparta, Tomah, Norwalk, Ontario, Wilton, WI). More information will be forthcoming regarding a specific delivery schedule, but we will most likely deliver the flowers on either Wednesday afternoons or Thursday mornings.
It is important that someone is home at the time of delivery to receive the flowers, as wintertime temps don't allow us to leave bouquets on your doorstep. If you think this might be a problem, consider having your flowers delivered to your workplace.
Delivery to the Morrow Home and Rolling Hills is FREE-- choose the pick-up option to get the right pricing, and indicate delivery to a local nursing home. Include the recipient's first and last name.
