These bouquet passes allow the recipient to choose when they want their flowers. Each pass can be redeemed for a premium, wrapped bouquet of locally grown, seasonal fresh flowers in 2026.

Pick-up or local delivery available. Our fresh flower season runs February- October. Please schedule your flower delivery or pick-up 48 hours in advance.

Local delivery includes any address with any of the following zip codes: Sparta, Tomah, Norwalk, Ontario, Wilton, WI.
Our local delivery route runs on Thursday mornings February- October. If you choose a local delivery, be aware of the weather. Someone should be home to receive any winter deliveries of flowers to avoid cold damage to the blooms. If this is a problem, consider having your winter flowers delivered to your workplace. During the warmer months, a bucket of water can be left on your doorstep if you will not be home, and we will leave the flowers there for you until your return.
We have two pick-up options:
- February - October: Thursday afternoons at Cotton + Birch Collective (515 W Wisconsin St, Sparta, WI)
- May - October: Saturday mornings at the Sparta Farmers Market (120 N Water St, Sparta, WI)
We will have a bouquet reserved for you with your name on it. If you come to the farmers market, you are welcome to redeem your bouquet pass for any premium-sized bouquet that is available for sale.
